We may collect technical and usage information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and measure use of the service.

We use information to provide and maintain the platform, authenticate users, operate AI agents, process subscriptions, enforce plan limits, display conversations and analytics, respond to support requests, and protect the service from misuse.

Content submitted to an AI agent may be processed by our AI service providers to generate responses according to the agent's configuration and available business knowledge.

We use third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the platform. These include Supabase for authentication and database services, OpenAI for AI functionality, Stripe for subscription payments, Upstash for rate limiting, and Vercel for hosting.

Customers configure their own AI agents and determine what business information to upload and what information to request from their website visitors.

Customers are responsible for providing appropriate notices to their visitors and for ensuring they have the necessary rights to submit documents, messages, and personal information to the platform.

Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. We receive payment and subscription information needed to manage billing and account access. Payment-card processing is handled by Stripe.

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect the platform and the information it processes. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Customers should avoid uploading passwords, payment-card numbers, or other highly sensitive information unless the service has been specifically approved for that use.

We retain customer account information, AI agent configurations, uploaded knowledge documents, conversations, and lead information as needed to provide our services.

Following subscription cancellation, customer data may be retained for up to 60 days before deletion, subject to applicable legal obligations. Certain billing records or other information may be retained longer when required by law.

Customers who wish to request deletion of their information may contact admin@getyouraiemployees.com.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and our contractual obligations.

If your information was submitted to an AI agent operated by one of our customers, we may direct you to that customer when they control the relevant information.

We use authentication and other technologies needed to operate the website and platform.
