These Terms govern your access to and use of Get Your AI Employees, operated by ABZM LLC. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Service
Get Your AI Employees is a software platform operated by ABZM LLC. It allows businesses to configure AI agents, provide business knowledge, deploy website chat experiences, review conversations, and manage leads and subscriptions. Available features depend on the customer's subscription plan.
2. Accounts and Organizations
You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for managing access granted to members of your organization.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activities, unauthorized access, fraud, harassment, malware distribution, or attempts to interfere with platform security. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for information uploaded or submitted through your AI agents.
4. AI-Generated Responses
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Customers are responsible for reviewing agent configurations, testing responses, maintaining their knowledge sources, and providing appropriate human oversight. The platform should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice in high-stakes situations.
5. Customer Content
You retain your rights in the content you submit, subject to rights held by others. You authorize ABZM LLC and its service providers to process that content as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and support the service. You are responsible for ensuring your collection and use of visitor information complies with applicable law.
6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed in advance according to the plan and billing interval selected at checkout. Subscription payments are nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Customers may cancel their subscriptions at any time. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals, and no additional renewal charges will be made after cancellation. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customers retain access to their paid subscription features through the end of the current billing period. After the subscription ends, customer data may be retained for up to 60 days before deletion, subject to applicable legal obligations. Customers may contact admin@getyouraiemployees.com for billing questions or cancellation assistance.
7. Usage Limits
Subscription plans may include limits on agents, messages, conversations, or other resources. When a limit is reached, certain features may become unavailable until the applicable usage period resets or the subscription changes.
8. Third-Party Services
The platform relies on third-party services for infrastructure, AI processing, payments, and other functionality. Service availability may be affected by those providers. Integrations and capabilities described as upcoming are not included until expressly released.
9. Availability and Changes

10. Suspension and Termination
